So we decided to add a another row to the front to make this quilt more
rectangular and pieced the back from the back of 5 of Marty's shirts and
remaining blocks.
With DD#1 helping we did this in one evening. Now the quilt is sandwiched and I am enjoying hand quilting with variegated sulky thread while watching redsox games with my dad..............and they have started winning. Dad is actually going to the game tonight with DD#1. This is my dad's first live baseball game and he is pretty excited, I hope it doesn't rain................
